McLaren House is one of four halls of residence building offered by London South Bank University.
Following a competitive tender process Trevor Blake was appointed to strip out and refurbish student accommodation on a 12-week programme during the summer break to include:
3 Flats each comprising 8 No. bedrooms per flat
24 ensuite shower rooms
3 self-catering Kitchen suites
Lobby and corridor areas
New flooring and ceilings
New electrical installation, lighting and data
