An office fit-out has been completed for an independently-owned wealth management firm in Winchester, Hampshire.
We were appointed to design and build a regional office in the new 3,800 sq ft office space which was completed to a CAT A open plan blank canvas.
With their success being built on the strength of their relationships with their clients, improving the facilities for client meetings was the over-riding goal of the project.
The office design conveys the feeling of a long-established company whilst also appearing fresh and modern.
Flexible client meeting rooms include a dedicated area where clients can have informal conversations with their wealth advisors.
The project is completed with a welcoming front of house client reception area, meeting suite and a flexible modern open plan workspace for 30 staff.
The project was delivered on time, on budget and we are happy to report that our client is delighted with the finished result!
