As the space is usually occupied, the most effective way to manage churn is to carry out the works out of hours, over the course of a weekend. What does churn work include?
Our team can dismantle and re-build partitioned offices, decorate, lay new flooring, install ceilings and relocate and install furniture. Alongside our M&E Partners the works can include new lighting, installation of power and data plus moving of A/C units.
All of this can be achieved over a weekend, starting on site on a Friday evening and having everything back in place for 8.00am on Monday morning.
