Design and Build Contractor Landscaping Project brief

As an extension of previous works and after having converted the top floor of a house into a separate flat within the Surrey campus grounds, TB Fit Out were tasked with a landscaping project to create two separate outdoor areas. One of which would be designated for the existing house and the second would be allocated for the new design and build flat to complete the full refurb conversion.

Landscaping has the potential to boost the value of a property, prepare easy to care for spaces, connect with nature, enhance the quality and use of a space, balance nature and man-made spaces and to create functional, practical and tranquillity within your exterior gardens.

The full scope of landscaping project works included:

Clearing overgrown areas to craft usable spaces and to create more available square footage
The supply and installation of new paving slabs to provide clean, sleek and easily maintained outdoor garden spaces
Putting in fencing to clearly define two separate and usable areas
And installing new gates for privacy and access.

Our outdoor spaces often become an extension of our indoor areas and this Charterhouse landscaping project is no different, providing our client with 2 paved and clearly defined spaces between the house and the flat for those that reside within the two properties on the school grounds.
