Our client, a leading privately owned wealth management company, appointed us to design a new flexible working Hub office in central Norwich.
The challenge was to create a welcoming environment for clients and a workplace that could fulfil a number of functions; all squeezed into just 1,100 square feet, which if you're not familiar with office space measurements, is not very big!
Not a problem for us here at Trevor Blake where we love the small office refurbishment jobs just as much as the bigger projects.
This transformed space is complete with plenty of storage, a nice client area and a staff break-out room.
Multifunctional space
Collaboration is encouraged with furniture that be easily moved and can serve a variety of functions. The more ways a single space can be used, the more often it will be used.
There's nothing worse than seeing a stack of chairs in a corner so we designed and built dedicated storage space to house the chairs rectangular modular tables that fold easily for space efficient storage.
Often overlooked in a small area is space for staff break-out, but with clever space-planning, anything is possible!
A 6-week office refurbishment programme saw the dark and cramped space transformed into a light, open office that the staff love to work in and a welcoming environment that has been very well received by their clients.
