Kingston University Services Building

Kingston University London is a public research university located within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, in South West London. Its roots go back to the Kingston Technical Institute, founded in 1899.

This fit out project required the conversion of the mechanical workshop and adjacent tool store into a new relocated security office and separate FM switchboard room.

This was a tight (6-week) fit out programme with no disruption to other building users.
