About the project

We were instructed by a surveying & project management group to carry out insurance project works on a property due to water damage that had caused leaking in the WC on the first floor of the building.

Scope of project works

  • Stripping out the damaged kitchen including all units, plasterboard ceiling and flooring
  • Stripping out the damaged bathroom including bathroom suite, flooring and tiled walls
  • Isolating and making safe the electrical installation
  • Installing new plasterboard ceilings in the kitchen and connecting living room
  • Installing a new kitchen, including appliances
  • Installing a new bathroom suite
  • Decorating the kitchen, living room, stairs, landing and bathroom
  • Installing new lighting and electrical circuits c/w and a new compliant distribution board.

Project Outcome

With water damage restoration works needed to secure this property as safe but to also ensure it was usable once again for those residing within it, we completed the project reparations and reinstatement works to make sure the space would offer a welcoming home once again for the owners and for many years to come yet.
