X6 Wing Building Refurbishment, Crawley, West Sussex

Our Project

Trevor Blake Fit Out were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of six wings within a building in Crawley, West Sussex for a client whom was founded in 1972.

Partitioning alterations
Mechanical & electrical alterations
Tea point installations
Redecorations
Flooring replacement
And furniture relocation

The Project Refurbishment Works Completed

The refurbishment project involved redesigning all 6 wings to incorporate three separate areas:

An area for collaborative working with flexible furniture
An area of hot desks
Plus, an area for quiet working

Within this project there was also a refurbishment of the canteen/breakout area which included a large sliding folding wall which meant that this space could be divided into two spaces but also enabled the capacity of this whole area to be opened up to create one large room when required.

Project Outcomes

This project has given our client the ability to offer its workforce a flow of areas to work together within, to inspire within and to share ideas within -- along with working to create an environment that reflects a hybrid and agile working business and to build space for staff to welcome collective thought but also quiet zones that gives way to concentrated and focused thinking.
