How long does an office fit out usually take?
A London office fit out typically takes between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the requirements.
A Category A fit out is the basic fit out, often arranged by a landlord to make the space available for tenants, so it will involve building works, basic flooring, ceilings, M&E services and installation of shared toilets and lifts. A Cat B fit out is where your office space comes to life with your choice of flooring, lighting and furnishings. At Trevor Blake, we offer both Cat A fit-outs and Cat B fit-outs.
