How much will the office fit out cost?

This is one of the most commonly asked questions and understandably so.  You can’t embark on an office fit out project without first knowing at least a ballpark figure of cost and whether your budget will cover it.  That’s why we offer an online quote to get you started.  

However, all London office fit out companies will request a site survey to be able to provide an accurate quote as costs vary significantly. Our site survey is free and without obligation.  Simply contact us to arrange a convenient time for our visit. 

How long does an office fit out usually take?

A London office fit out typically takes between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the requirements.

What's a Cat A and Cat B fit out?

A Category A fit out is the basic fit out, often arranged by a landlord to make the space available for tenants, so it will involve building works, basic flooring, ceilings, M&E services and installation of shared toilets and lifts.  A Cat B fit out is where your office space comes to life with your choice of flooring, lighting and furnishings. At Trevor Blake, we offer both Cat A fit-outs and Cat B fit-outs.
