First Central Insurance & Technology Group employs around 600 people in multiple locations in Guernsey, Gibraltar, West Sussex and Manchester.

The Group consists of companies in the underwriting, broking and personal injury claims sectors.

The motor insurance arm of the business, 1st Central, has been located in Gemini House, Haywards Heath for many years. 

Due to their ongoing success in the motor insurance market, they've needed to upgrade to a new office in Capital House, also in Haywards Heath.

Office Dilapidation Works

Trevor Blake were instructed to undertake dilapidation works on all 3 floors including:

  • Strip out of all partitions, doors, floor coverings, data cabling, kitchen points.
  • Complete redecoration of all surfaces
  • Electrical and lighting modifications and certification.
  • French polish existing oak veneer doors to revive.
  • New carpet tiles throughout
  • Roofing, guttering and external works
